Craig’s industry knowledge and passion for client relations is what earns him his position at the forefront of 4Sites project development team.
Craig approaches every challenge with confidence and his unique understanding of value management combined with strong support through the development and design collaboration stages brings his clients assurance of the best project outcome. His approachable, grounded personality makes it clear that he cares about his clients needs and is committed to maintaining long term relationships.
Shane began his career with 4Site in 1998 as a cabinet maker. After completing his qualification, Shane continued with the company, demonstrating an invaluable work ethic and strong focus to exceptional quality. His distinct get it done attitude quickly attracted the attention of management, rewarding him the title of machine shop manager at the age of 21.
Shane offers 23 years’ experience within 4Sites operational undertakings, holding positions in all areas from the ground up, making him an exceptional contributor to the entire production team.
Shane works closely with our project managers to achieve outstanding customer results. With vast energy and attention to detail, Shane works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep all areas of the factory on schedule, ensuring a high quality and consistent outcome is achieved.
Michael made his beginning with the 4site team in 2006. With a strong background in IT and programming, combined with his extensive production and project management skills, Michael quickly became an integral part of the company and a fundamental asset to the inner workings of 4Sites development.
Michael’s in-depth experience and knowledge enables him to work closely with the production team during all project phases. His dedication, drive, client focus and ability to mentor and lead the team, has been instrumental in achieving high quality client outcomes.

Petar comes from a background firmly centered in 25 years of highly detailed fit-outs managing all trades to deliver a complete turnkey solution. With a qualification in shop fitting and detailed joinery, Petar uses his industry knowledge, and vast leadership skills to help over see 4Sites project management team.
Working with companies well known in the Canberra region, including Chase building group, Construction Control and MPG, Petar encourages collaboration with clients to increase the efficiency of every project undertaken by the team.
Dominic boasts 12 years experience with 4Site. Starting as a 1st year apprentice cabinet maker, Dominic represents 4Sites commitment to investing in the professional growth and development of its team.
Managing the majority of 4Sites highly detailed and customized commercial undertakings, Dominic has won awards in both the MBA and HIA, at both a state and national level, for his high quality, practical and beautiful products. Having completed his trade and project management qualifications, Dominic brings with him a complete understanding of a project from client engagement to final installation on site.
Michael has over 7 years experience in project management, increasing his knowledge with the experience of interstate project deliverables producing a number of notable projects in the high rise residential sector.
Michael proudly notes delivering successful outcomes with leading builders such as MPG, Construction control and CHASE Building Group. He approaches each project with a unique view to create seamless, agile process solutions.
Michael is very experienced in resource management and onsite agility, working closely with clients from the early stages of production all the way through to successful client handover.
Ragnar joined the 4Site team in 2016 after a long and successful period managing his own company.
Ragnar carries with him 20 years of experience and a qualification in carpentry. His down to earth and approachable personality, coupled with an excellent eye for detail has earned him the respect of his co-workers and senior management. As 4Sites Production Supervisor, Ragnar manages the flow and quality production in the factory, while also ensuring that the team culture and targets are being achieved .
Jerrod is a new member of the 4Site team and brings a proven track record of operational excellence. He has a background in mechanical engineering and a 23 year career in the manufacturing industry producing precision engineered goods and services for the mining, defence, aerospace and ICT Infrastructure sectors. Jerrod is a passionate lean practitioner, studying best practices in Australia, Canada and Japan. His commitment to developing competitive systems and practices defines 4Site as a leader in the industry.
Leonie Joined the 4Site team in 2011, after a long and established background as a bookkeeper.
With over 25 years of financial experience, Leonie brings her clients strong confidence in her role of financial management. On a daily basis, Leonie oversees the vast majority of 4Sites fiscal activities, reporting on outcomes to the Directors, as well as looking after internal and external accounts.
Leonie is a certified Bookkeeper and BAS Agent, giving her the ability to go above and beyond in supporting 4Site’s vision of value for money service combined with the highest efficiency and quality.
Glen’s title of strategic director is well deserved. Upon completing his qualifications in shop-fitting and detailed joinery with high distinctions in 1991, Glen has worked hard every day to create the vision of 4Site and understanding the needs of its clients.
Glen’s innovative solutions are what put him at the forefront of the fit-out industry. With the strong support of his team, Glen is a trusted and respected leader backed by 30 years of knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
