Jennifer brings strong technical expertise in joinery and metal fabrication to her role as a Joinery Estimator. With a solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction methods, she accurately interprets architectural and shop drawings and prepares clear, reliable cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.
Proficient in data processing, estimating software, and spreadsheet modelling, Jennifer ensures accuracy and efficiency throughout the estimating process. Her attention to detail and problem-solving ability enable her to identify cost efficiencies while maintaining project requirements and design integrity.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Melanie brings extensive expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial administration. She holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and is proficient across a wide range of industry-standard accounting software.
Melanie has a strong understanding of financial risk management and is highly regarded for her accuracy, reliability, and thorough approach to financial operations. She works collaboratively with both colleagues and clients, ensuring clear communication, efficient processes, and well-supported financial decision-making within the organisation.
Sean’s strategic mindset and extensive experience in executive management, sales, business development, and manufacturing make him a valuable asset as Chief Executive Officer. Drawing on his manufacturing background, trade education and leadership in project and general management, Sean offers a well-rounded understanding of business operations and addresses challenges with practical insight and leadership.
Sean is known for his collaborative approach, fostering strong teams and driving shared success. Sean’s expertise in estimating, budgeting, and forecasting supports strategic decision-making across the company. He has a strong track record of success in driving significant business growth, contributing significantly to the company’s overall performance.
Mark has a comprehensive background in the industry, including successfully owning and operating his own business delivering both commercial and residential projects. With extensive experience in shopfitting and detailed joinery, he brings a deep understanding of project delivery, quality standards, and client expectations.
Now contributing to 4Site’s Sales and Estimating team, Mark applies his problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and ability to perform under pressure to provide accurate, practical, and client-focused solutions. His hands-on experience and insight enable him to deliver precise estimates, identify opportunities for efficiency, and support clients with informed advice, ensuring projects are planned and scoped effectively from the outset.
Lyn is a caring, supportive and highly organized member of the 4Site family. With her team-oriented motivation and attention to detail, she provides support and expertise in all things systems, processes and account/finance related. Her ability to promote a happy work environment is a great asset to the 4Site culture.
Allan has developed a strong base of industry knowledge over the past 10 years, working across design, estimating, sales, detailing and project management. With an Honours degree in Industrial Design from the University of Canberra, he combines practical design skills with solid technical understanding to support well-considered product outcomes.
His experience across Melbourne, the South Coast and Canberra has given him a broad perspective on both client expectations and manufacturing requirements. In his role at 4Site, Allan focuses on product development and identifying new opportunities that strengthen the company’s future direction and capability.
With more than 14 years of experience across multiple roles in the industry, Shannon brings a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, project estimating, and long-term client relationship management. Her background in Business Administration and IT, combined with hands-on skills in Estimating and Cabinet Vision drafting, allows her to approach each project with accuracy, clarity, and practical insight.
Shannon is known for her approachable communication style and a strong commitment to teamwork. She takes pride in supporting clients through every stage of the process—ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in the solutions provided. At 4Site, she consistently aims to deliver reliable service, timely responses, and a positive customer experience.
Cecilia is a problem solver in all areas of business, there’s no challenge too daunting for her to tackle head-on. A Jack-of-all-trades, she has a proven ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
Cecilia is innovative, motivated and energetic, and puts all these qualities to full use as 4Site’s HR and IT Manager.
John completed his apprenticeship in Wagga Wagga in the trade of Shopfitting and Detailed Joinery, equipping him with extensive knowledge and advanced skills in managing complex joinery projects.
Recognised early for his eye for detail and superior site installation quality, John has contributed to premium residential, high-rise residential, and commercial fit-out projects. He approaches each project with a thoughtful perspective, developing seamless and agile process solutions that ensure efficiency and high standards.
Highly experienced in resource management and on-site coordination, John works closely with clients throughout every stage of a project. His ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving ensures smooth project delivery, optimizes resources, and consistently achieves successful client outcomes.
Craig’s industry knowledge and passion for client relations is what earns him his position at the forefront of 4Sites project dev1elopment team.
Craig approaches every challenge with confidence and his unique understanding of value management combined with strong support through the development and design collaboration stages brings his clients assurance of the best project outcome. His approachable, grounded personality makes it clear that he cares about his clients’ needs and is committed to maintaining long term relationships.
Shane began his career with 4Site in 1998 as a cabinet maker. After completing his qualification, he quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to quality and a “get it done” attitude, earning the role of machine shop manager at just 21.
With 30 years of experience across 4Site’s operations, including roles as Production Manager and Project Manager, Shane brings extensive expertise and a deep understanding of the company’s processes. His strong organisational skills, strategic approach to project planning, and ability to optimize resources make him highly effective in his current role as Project Planning Manager.
Shane works closely with all stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. With his energy, focus, and meticulous attention to detail, he ensures that key 4Site operations remain in sync and on schedule to consistently maintain the high-quality standards 4Site is known for.
Michael made his beginning with the 4site team in 2006. With a strong background in IT and programming, combined with his extensive production and project management skills, Michael quickly became an integral part of the company and a fundamental asset to the inner workings of 4Sites development.
Michael’s in-depth experience and knowledge enables him to work closely with the production team during all project phases. His dedication, drive, client focus and ability to mentor and lead the team, has been instrumental in achieving high quality client outcomes.
Michael has a proven track record with over 20 years’ industry experience, making him a valuable and intelligent asset to every project.
Petar brings 25 years of experience in delivering detailed fit-outs, managing all trades to provide complete turnkey solutions. With qualifications in shop fitting and detailed joinery, he combines deep industry knowledge with strong leadership, overseeing 4Site’s project management team with precision and efficiency.
Petar’s exceptional attention to detail, strategic planning and proactive problem-solving ability ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. His unique ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships fosters collaboration, strengthens trust, and contributes to the successful delivery of every project.
Michael has over 7 years experience in project management, increasing his knowledge with the experience of interstate project deliverables producing a number of notable projects in the high rise residential sector.
Michael proudly notes delivering successful outcomes with leading builders such as MPG, Construction control and CHASE Building Group. He approaches each project with a unique view to create seamless, agile process solutions.
Michael is very experienced in resource management and onsite agility, working closely with clients from the early stages of production all the way through to successful client handover.
Ragnar joined the 4Site team in 2016 following a long and successful period managing his own company. With 25 years of experience and a qualification in carpentry, he brings a strong trade background and deep practical knowledge to his role as Project Manager.
Drawing on his previous experience as Production Supervisor, Ragnar combines operational expertise with strategic project management, ensuring seamless coordination between production and project delivery. Known for his approachable manner, excellent eye for detail, and collaborative leadership style, he is highly respected by both colleagues and clients.
Ragnar works closely with project teams to optimise resources, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects on time. His ability to integrate hands-on trade experience with planning, problem-solving and client-focused solutions ensures successful outcomes and reinforces 4Site’s reputation for excellence.
Jerrod joined the 4Site team in 2018, bringing a distinguished record of operational excellence and more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. With a trade background and tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering, his expertise spans engineering design, development, and production of precision-engineered products for the mining, defence, aerospace, and ICT infrastructure sectors.
A passionate Lean practitioner, Jerrod has studied best practices in Australia, Canada, and Japan. His commitment to business improvement, process optimization, and the implementation of competitive systems continues to reinforce 4Site’s position as an industry leader.
Leonie Joined the 4Site team in 2011, after a long and established background as a bookkeeper.
With over 25 years of financial experience, Leonie brings her clients strong confidence in her role of financial management. On a daily basis, Leonie oversees the vast majority of 4Sites fiscal activities, reporting on outcomes to the Directors, as well as looking after internal and external accounts.
Leonie is a certified Bookkeeper and BAS Agent, giving her the ability to go above and beyond in supporting 4Site’s vision of value for money service combined with the highest efficiency and quality.
Glen’s title of strategic director is well deserved. Upon completing his qualifications in shop-fitting and detailed joinery with high distinctions in 1991, Glen has worked hard every day to create the vision of 4Site and understanding the needs of its clients.
Glen’s innovative solutions are what put him at the forefront of the fit-out industry. With the strong support of his team, Glen is a trusted and respected leader backed by 30 years of knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
Completing a BHS Degree has given him a unique passion for promoting a balanced, healthy lifestyle. He is dedicated to providing clean and sustainable environments for his employees and clientele alike.

Micheal began his career as a trade qualified joiner and shopfitter, then progressed through Production Operations, Project Management and held the position of Managing Director for several years at 4Site. His dedication to growing 4Site and improving business sustainability became a driving force, leading him to take on his current role as CFO.
